If you receive an item that is faulty, please send an email to
email@example.com or call/send a whatsapp message to +965 55963606 as soon as possible. Faulty items cannot be accepted after 48 hours of purchase.
Items purchased from The Yard can be refunded or returned in change for store credit within 7 days of receipt. Refunds and store credits are equal to the value of the products at the time of purchase and do not include any delivery, packaging or shipping charges incurred.
Gift returns are also eligible for store credit. The store credit for gift returns is equal to the product value at the time of purchase and does not include the gift wrapping, delivery, packaging or shipping charges incurred by the buyer.
Exchanges of items can be made with subject to availability of the item that you wish to purchase in turn. If the item is not available, a store credit note will be issued.
If you wish to return/exchange any item, you may pass by the shop any day of the week between 8AM and 10PM. If you would like for the item to be collected, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the pick-up of the item. A delivery fee will be charged for the pick-up of the return. This does apply to products that are faulty.
